No Valentine’s Day in Gatlinburg is complete without candy! If you’re searching for something sweet during your escape in the Smokies, be sure to stop by Aunt Mahalia’s . This legendary candy shop has been a fixture of the downtown Parkway for almost 80 years! Couples will find a wonderful selection of treats to choose from, including fudge, caramel apples, rock candy, taffy, divinity, chocolate-covered cherries, and so much more. Aunt Mahalia’s has a storefront at 708 Parkway and another location in the Mountain Mall.
Although the holiday season has ended, Winterfest is still going strong in Pigeon Forge! Through the end of February, our Smoky Mountain city keeps its 5 million seasonal lights glowing for visitors to enjoy. These stunning LED displays feature flying pigeons, dripping icicles, vacationing bears, patriotic scenes, The Old Mill, and other creative designs. Couples will have a blast driving around town in the evening to see all of these gorgeous displays.
The Titanic Museum Attraction celebrates Valentine’s Day for the whole month of February! As part of the annual Sweetheart Month at the Titanic, the museum highlights the real-life love stories that took place on the historic ocean liner. If the epic romance between Jack and Rose from the 1997 Titanic movie captured your imagination, you will love exploring the Titanic Museum with your significant other.
