Everything was clean and ready for us at check-in! Leigh Anne was perfect and helped with EVERYTHING! We had our wedding and it was a perfect location.

Excellent accommodations for large family, ample parking, great location. The check-in process was very efficient.

We loved the size of the living room and kitchen. We were able to fit our large church group in there and were able to hold services where everyone fit comfortably. There were a lot of couches which really helped us to seat everyone!! Thank you for the welcome sign as well!! We will be coming back next year and recommending others to you!

We got married in a cabin we rented. We all had a great time in this beautiful cabin with all our friends and family. Couldn't ask for a better cabin rental agency.

The overall experience was outstanding, the level of service provided each and every time I called and inquired was phenomenal. Kevin is the best sales agent. He was very patient and understanding and provide exemplary service to our family we couldn't ask for more. The cabin truly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to coming back next year.

We have been making this trip every other year since 1978 and have stayed with several different agencies. Your crew are by far the most helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back in 2018!

Cabin was nice. Had a few issues with the toilets and a bed that wasn't made, but other than that it was a good time. Person told us that we could get in early even though check in was at 3pm we could possibly get in at 1 to set up before our employees arrived. At 1 pm I went to the office to see if I could get the code or if we could just unload the refrigerated things we had and then wait till 3 to get in. Person at the desk was rude, had no understanding at all, told me this is why we don't have check in until 3.

There is no broom in the cabin for cleaning the floors. Bedroom #13 the bed slats that hold the mattress on the frame would not stay and fell everynight Bedroom #11 was not clean there was hair all in the tub and bathroom Bedroom #6 has food all over the floor The surround sound did not work The Internet did not work (we even had someone come and check it out) but it still did not work TV's in the rooms only got one channel

I was very disappointed with the toilets. Every time any of the 40 people I brought to family vacation had trouble with the toilet flushing. We spent a lot of time taking the lids off to try to get the tank water level to get high enough to completely vacate the bowl. I don't recall having that problem when we were here two years ago.

The Lodge was wonderful for my rather large family, and everyone had the most amazing time. The scenic beauty, as well as the abundance of nearby activities was just what we needed!
