AMAZING VIEW MANOR - Cabins in the Smoky Mountains

Chris was the person that helped me from the beginning and he was so nice. He was so professional and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and it was very easy!

The house was wonderful. It was perfect for our family. The gym and the sauna were super handy fir the body builders. We highly recommend for a large party. Very accessible to all the attractions and antique stores.

The cabin was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy with no issues at all. I would definitely book again. The only thing we were at the top of the mountain and once your up there your inclined to stay there because it’s scary to come back down.

Amazing View Manor was just that--truly amazing inside and out with a breathtaking view, too. We all loved the house and had a great time there, Leigh Anne and the other Hearthside Cabin Rentals associates treated us like family and really made us feel welcome. It was a wonderful experience! We want to do it again next year!

I enjoyed the space your cabin provided our family to come together under one roof. We had a wonderful experience in the cabin with few issues. When called, the receptionist was pleasant and the maintenance men was proficient as well as very nice. One issue I wasn't pleased with was the surround sound system was missing from the cabin, the maintenance man stated he was trying to contact the manager in which he was unsuccessful, he stated he will get back with us, but as of our departure time, we never heard back from the maintenance man nor did the main office contact us to replace it or apologize for it not being there. So therefore our movie night w/surround sound didn't happen,

The view was amazing and the layout of the cabin worked out great for us. The only two complaints I would have is that the walls are not very well insulated for sound and some issues with the appliances. Iron did not work and timer on oven did not work.

Perfect for our young adult church group! The adults and small children had a blast. Perfect cabin and location.

The place was really warm and welcome. We loved our welcome picture on the table. Barbara and David are so awesome to work with.

Overall our stay was very good as usual, but noticed a few things that need to be looked into. First, I know you said lodge was sprayed monthly for insects and I can understand lady bugs, outside bugs, etc. but we saw a few roaches in the dining area and one was very small, like maybe newly hatched. These were all alive. Also, there were a couple of maintenance issues, in one of the bathrooms the towel rack fell down and in another room the blinds were messed up. BUT, we love staying at Amazing View and plan on coming back yearly as long as we can!!!

The house was lovely, clean and well maintained. We were so please there were Christmas decorations. A big suggestion is to provide more baking/casserole and serving dishes of a variety of sizes. With a large family there were insufficient serving and baking dishes. Shelves in the pantry would be a MUST! We had groceries stuck everywhere. With a family that size pantry space it imperative! All else was perfect! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Our church group stayed in Amazing View Manor, this past weekend, and the cabin was wonderful. Plenty of space, great view, & your staff were great, so easy to deal with.

The overall experience was very good. Improvements might be a better TV set up in the lower level. Electric fireplace instructions would be helpful. The unit could also use more parking.

We had an amazing time for the weekend with our church family. We had trouble with the DVD downstairs not working and the wifi didn't work as well. Other than that we had a great time and will definitely be back.

The cabin was fantastic--everything I hoped it would be! The view was beautiful, and the atmosphere of the cabin itself was perfect. Kevin, who helped me make the arrangements, was super helpful and professional. I loved the location, and I hope to host retreats here year after year. The only thing I didn't like was that on the last day, someone from housekeeping entered the cabin before checkout time. I was hosting a retreat, and I booked an extra night so that we could use the cabin for the full three days of the retreat. They all left in the afternoon and I stayed the night, so I was the only one left in the cabin that morning. I had gathered all of the retreat stuff by the front door for loading out and was upstairs packing up my personal things. When I came back down, there were several bags of linens and supplies in the foyer, near all of my stuff. I'm sure the housekeeping staff just wanted to get a head start on the cleaning, but knowing that they came in without my permission before checkout time made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm really glad I took a shower the night before, because I would have been really freaked out to know that someone had been in the cabin while I was in the shower! Unfortunately, that put a creepy finish on an otherwise wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean, but that incident really creeped me out. That's why you'll see a 3-star rating below for housekeeping.

Great to work with. We were having a Marriage Retreat for our Sunday School class and we had asked to check in a little early to get set up before they all arrived. They called and let us in when the cabin was ready. Everyone was very friendly. Cabin was very nice and worked great for what we were doing. One of the girls left a necklace in the cabin and they were helpful in returning it to her. Thanks for a great weekend in the mountains!

Wonderful vacation with family and friends. Beautiful scenery and comfortable accommodations! A garbage disposal would be a big help, and more space to store garbage outside. We were surprised at no garbage pickup! Also a separate ice maker would be a great addition. Our group wants to plan another trip!!!

Everything was great except our bus could not park by the cabin, which was advertised online as being able to do so. That is one of the reasons we chose HearthSide cabins. This was the only disappointing thing about our stay. Cabin was fabulous.

The cabin was wonderful. We had 30 women who attended the Women of Joy conference and no one had a complaint. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The view was beautiful!! We plan to stay there again next year!!
