BEDROOMS: There are 5 master suites, each with a King-sized bed, a futon and it's own private bathroom. There is a bunk room with 2 sets of custom-made queen-sized bunks, 4 twin sized beds, a futon and it's own private bath. This Luxury home has 3 levels.

KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: The fully equipped kitchen is part of an open floor plan on the main floor. You will be able to prepare, serve and enjoy most any meal. Granite counter tops and bar seating are in the kitchen area, along with a large dining room table. There is a very large living room area with a HUGE stone electric fireplace and large smart TV. Everyone can be together on the main floor to make memories that will last a lifetime!

PORCHES: There are porches on both levels. Rock away an afternoon with quiet forest-views or a nice long soak in your very own private hot tub.

ENTERTAINMENT LEVEL: All kinds of fun await you on the entertainment level. A wonderful theater area to watch a movie or the big game, and exciting video games and a Pool table will keep you entertained for hours! And.... IT'S GOT IT'S OWN INDOOR SWIMMING POOL! That's right, the ultimate cabin amenity, a heated indoor swimming pool, WITH A SEPARATE KIDDIE POOL TOO!

"A Splash To Remember" cabin was beautiful! Our family had lots to do when not out & about with the pool, theater room, pool table, etc, Very spacious for our family of 23. Cabin was beautifully decorated and felt so cozy. The people in the office & also repairmen were so kind and accomodating.

This was our family's 5th year getting together in PigeonForge and this cabin was the best. Kitchen was abundantly supplied with everything. So many little touches that made it feel like home.

Absolutely beautiful! Every detail of this home is top notch. Each bedroom is equipped with the coziest blankets, as well as the comfiest beds. Kitchen supplies are incredible; there is nothing you will go without. Private back porch is so relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend!

Reservation Guarantee

The reservation guarantee amount is 8% of your total reservation and enables you to receive either a refund or reschedule (less the 8% guarantee amount and applicable tax). In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 15 days prior to arrival (for 1-5 bedroom cabins) and 60 days prior to arrival (for 6 bedroom and larger). Once inside the 15 days (for 1-5 bedrooms) and 60 days for (6 bedroom and larger) you may still cancel the reservation, however, the paid amount (less the reservation guarantee and applicable tax) will be placed in an interest-bearing escrow account and must be applied to a new reservation which dates fall within one year from date of cancellation. Once the one year time frame has expired all monies paid will be forfeited. In addition, please be sure to utilize the entire amount as any portion not used is non-refundable and will be lost. Please note when booking your new reservation, you will again have the option to purchase the Reservation Guarantee HOWEVER, the guarantee would only allow you to reschedule again should the need arise. It would not allow you to receive a refund. The Reservation Guarantee amount will be based on the new reservation total. Without the Reservation Guarantee, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds for early departures for any reason including weather and/or road conditions.
