FALLING WATERS is the perfect getaway cabin if you are looking to stay near all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping of Pigeon Forge but still in a quiet setting.

CABIN LAYOUT:
Climb 5 steps on to the front porch and enter into the cabin through the kitchen. The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve 3 meals a day, just bring the food! Open floor plan gives way to the living room area with large television, comfortable seating, a gas log fireplace and a multicade video game loaded with your 1980's Arcade favorites! A large bathroom with custom shower and washer/dryer is found just off of the living room. The 2 bedrooms feature a queen bed and the master has its' own full bath as well. With the living room sleeper sofa, the cabin sleeps up to 6 people.

Step out onto the back covered deck and you will find a porch swing and a relaxing hot tub. Out back of the house there is a private picnic area and even a fire pit next to a small creek for your family to enjoy!

The reservation guarantee is 8% of your total reservation and enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 15 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 5 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 6 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods the reservation guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. Though the deposit guarantee is an optional charge, Hearthside has a no refund/no reschedule policy without it.

*Rescheduled stays will have 6 months to come and must stay in the original cabin booked.
