Thank you for making your Smoky Mountain vacation reservation with HearthSide Cabin Rentals.
We will process your credit card reservation deposit as soon as possible and will send you a
confirmation e-mail within the next 24 hours. We collect half of your rent and the processing
fee now. Then, 10 to 14 days before you come in, we charge the balance to your same credit
card. If you are within 14 days of arrival, we charge the total due at this time to your credit
card. This allows you to be paid up before you get to town and you have one less thing to worry
about.

to Our Office. We will do anything possible to assist you in having a great
stay.
If you have received your confirmation, signed it and returned it to us
by fax, scan or email, along with a copy of your driver's license, you can
just call us the day of your arrival for your cabin's keycode. (The exception
to this is if you are staying in a gated community such as "Shagbark". Then
you do have to come to the office to get your car passes) We look forward
