It almost felt like a vacation. Comments or Suggestions: Wow where to start? As you know we were in the area working on two different jobs. Two and one half weeks. 4 guys in hotel rooms for that long was going to be a considerable sum of money. For a little more we got a cabin, pool table, air hockey, and hot tub. We work at night, so we could come home at 2am, cook a great meal, watch TV, and relax. If I hear of ANYONE going to this area, I'll go out of my way to recommend you guys. You've managed to combine a personal approach with your customers and flawless and professional attention to the details of running your business. As a business owner, I can appreciate that. We travel all the time in our work, and I can truly say I've never had such a great experience. Feel free to use me as a reference. Thanks so much! |
| 4/14/09 | What did you like best about your stay? The cabin was absolutely beautiful
and very true to the pictures on the Web site. It provided our family the
opportunity to have quiet, peaceful time together while still enjoying
the amenities that we have at home. Our teenage boys were delighted that
there was a nearby pool and basketball court that they could use. Comments or Suggestions: Another thing that we liked very much about our visit was that we didn’t have to check-in at a rental office so we were not tied to any specific arrival time. Calling ahead to get the key code and alarm number was very convenient and we experienced no problems accessing the cabin on our own. We also enjoyed not having to pack linens and the basic necessities that most rental homes require. In fact, it took us about 35 minutes on the morning of our departure in order to pack all the items that we needed for the week. With a few trips to the Kroger right in Pigeon Forge, we had everything we needed at our fingertips. |
| 6/4/09 | What did you like best about your stay? Everyone was so helpful friendly at Hearthside. The cabin was clean and accommodated all of our needs. Hearthside Cabin Rental has excellent service and the cabins were extremely clean. We just returned this afternoon from our stay and we have already started looking for our next cabin rental. Great job everyone and thank you once more for making our stay comfortable and relaxing! |
