| You might reinforce to guests about the driveway before the rental takes place. Was not a problem for us, we have four-wheel drive, but could see where someone else might be rather upset. The cabin was very, very nice and we had a wonderful time there. I am so glad that we decided to bring everything we needed for dining in. Pigeon Forge traffic was horrendous this weekend. I definitely would be interested in staying there next year at the same time. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. The sunrise from the loft was priceless. It is such a shame I didn't want to get out of bed to take a picture of it, but it will always be in my memories. -- John | |

| What did you like best about your stay? peaceful, private, "just
like home" Comments or Suggestions: We sent our children (30 yr old couple) on a honeymoon vacation to the Smokies for a wedding present. They absolutely loved it. Stated they would never stay anywhere else again. Excellent price. The reservation process was virtually effortless. No problems. Was our office staff helpful & courteous? Very much! We only had to pop in on arrival to show drivers license and that was it! We were mentally prepared to have to stand in a long line and wait for a while. But we were in and out and on our way to the perfect honeymoon cabin! What did you like best about your stay? The seclusion and peace, and of course the amazing views and perfect cabin.

| Our stay was perfect, from the staff to the fabulous cabin. We were so
thrilled with the Christmas tree. We especially want to thank the owners
for allowing us to bring our dog. That made the trip very special for us.
We are trying to figure out when we can come back. We will definately know
where to call. The only problem we had was with the hot tub and someone came out that night, so we were able to use the hot tub later that night. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much and Happy Holiday, William and Sarah and Ari dog |

cabin was very clean,quiet, and private, yet just a short picturesque drive

The location was perfect (private and convenient)- only 10 minutes down the mountain and onto Parkway! Can't wait to go back. | |
| We wanted to have a view of the mountains and total privacy. It was everything we were looking for. Not only was the cabin very comfortable, the customer service was excellet! | My husband and I stayed at Knotty and Nice during august 2010. The cabin was easy to find and located perfectly between the attractions and activities we went there for. We got married on horseback at Walden Creek Riding Stable and had our cake made by Wildflower Bake Shop. The reservationist had told me that the cabin was located at the top of the mountain and had a nice view, and it was exactly as described. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with enough cooking utensils to make our stay easy and like home. The grocery store is nearby and I made several nice meals while at the cabin. The view the sunrise from the front porch was very nice. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. We observed several of the other Hearthside cabins in the area and they appeared equally as nice as the one we stayed in. I hope to return to the area soon. It was a lovely stay and I was not dissappointed in any way. I would have loved to stay much longer |

| I also got engaged on the 11th. I asked her as we were snuggled up on the porch. It was quite lovely to say the least. I had the ring for a few months and was just waiting for the perfect moment. It felt right being so close to the mountains and having such as cool background when asking her to marry me. We will definetly be coming back. I will forever remember my three special nights in Knotty and Nice. | |
