| We spoke with Gina for our reservation questions. She was excellent and informative. Not sure, but the lady who checked us in on the 18th was warm, friendly and informative as well! They both had knowledge of the cabin and the area. You all have great customer service! Your customer service and knowledge of the area are great!Great family time -- we had a spectacular cabin with an awesome view. Our family stay was an awesome experience in the Beautiful Smokey Mountains. Thank you, thank you, thank you! | |

cabin, the service, gated community. It was also wonderful
to have everything provided at the cabin which made the trip
great. Comments or Suggestions: This was a great family vacation, the cabin was absolutely beautiful. We were very pleased with everything and are already planning a return trip. This cabin definitely lives up to it's name --Can't Bear to Leave. |
| 8/13/2008 | Wonderful cabin and wonderful rental company! I had a problem with
the units washer and someone was sent within 15minutes. The service was
great and the person friendly. They even helped me find a bake shop for
a special cake The unit made our family get together even better. Thanks again |
| This lovely cabin was rented for a week for a cousin reunion. This was
our first year to go to the Smoky Mountains..
The view from the decks was unbelievabe,it was so peaceful and serene at
the cabin for the entire week. We enjoyed Dollywood, the local restaurants,
sightseeing and rocking on the front porch.If all goes as planned we will
be back on this same front porch soon for another week
of family history and fun. |
