| 8/1/2008 | What did you like best about your stay? NO CARS!!! Very nice cabin. Had a great time. We really liked the location of this cabin.LOVED having a washer and dryer. Didn't have to keep asking for towels and things...just washed them. THANKS!! Will probably stay with you all again when we come back!!!! |
| 7/18/2008 | What did you like best about your stay? The cabin was very clean!! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, etc. The beds were comfortable. Could of used a blanket on the beds. Was disappointed that the bedroom TV did not get any channels (video players only). Also the TV in the living room did not get any local channels. Would like to be able to see local news. . I wish I would have known how steep the road was. I probably would have picked a different cabin. I have a handicap daughter and it was very hard for her to walk to and from the cabin. We left the unit very clean. |
| 1/2009 | BEAUTIFUL CABIN AND AREA -- This was the first time we had stayed in
anything besides a hotel or large beach house. We didn't know what to expect
from a cabin in the mountains. The view was very pretty and the cabin was
roomy for the price. The people at the rental office were very nice and
accomodating.
Our main complaint was the fact that the cabin needed more or brighter lights, especially in the bedrooms and bathroom. We were really happy to have a washer and drier available so we could keep the towels washed up. The couch pulled out to make a bed, but it wasn't that comfortable, so it might be best to only rent this for 4 people (we had six). I don't think I am a "cabin" person, but if you are, this one is good for the price they ask for it. It isn't that far from the attractions, yet far enough to feel the quiet of the mountains in the early morning hours or when you come in tired at night. If you are reading this--I hope you have a wonderful Tennessee vacation! |
| 2/2009 | VERY RELAXING -- This was a trip for my Mother's 81st birthday. The cabin was really well situated with a beautiful view. The deck was spacious and we were able to really enjoy use of the grill. This property was pet friendly which was paramount to our being able to stay there. It was really wonderful as my Mom's little dog died just after we returned home. She was so glad that we had been able to take Lil' Fella with us. He turned 15 on the trip and had a good last trip. We would definitely stay there again as well as recommend this unit to friends. |
