| 10/04/08 | What did you like best about your stay? The cabin we stayed at had a
wrap around deck. That was a HIT with the kids :) They had a blast. The
location was remote enough not to have all the traffic but not too far
that you have to drive forever to get to the attractions. We loved everything
about it. We had a WONDERFUL family vacation and appreciate how lovely the cabin was. It was all very clean and convenient.--Christa |
| 11/26/08 | The cabin was just like the internet described it. It was not misleading at all. every thing looked the same. Our stay was wonderful. I liked the idea of not having to check in at the office we were pd in full for our cabin and received directions directly to the cabin. It was like we were just going to our home away from home. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable experience. |

| 4/2009 | A GREAT WEEKEND --My family and I had a great weekend staying in the
Bear Elegance. We were worried at first because the cabin we rented had
some major problems and it actually looked better in the picture. Anyway,
after contacting the rental office and informing them of our disappointment,
they immediately put us in the Bear Elegance cabin. My wife and I, plus
the kids loved the cabin, loved the location because it is very close to
the main street. We did not want to leave the cabin. This is our second
year going to Pigeon Forge and we will definitely be back next year.
We were really shocked and surprised that the office put us in a top of the line cabin. That says a lot about this company and we are very thankful for their hospitality. Our favorite areas of the cabin were the kitchen and the living room. Overall, the cabin was perfect. Thank you for everything!!!!!! |
| 5/2009 | SPRING BREAK 2009 -- Had a very nice stay. Cabin was very nice. Exactly what we were looking for and a good value. I was upset that we asked to stay another night at a reduced price since the next party wasn't coming in until the next night. I asked two times and was denied. However, they did contact the next customer about coming in a night early. I didn't think that was very nice since I had asked twice, was already there and willing and ready to stay another night. (MANAGEMENT RESPONSE -- WE WILL CHECK INTO THIS MATTER FURTHER AND SEE WHAT HAPPENED. SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION TO THIS GUEST.) |
