our last night there Comments or Suggestions: We had experienced some very disturbing news just before we left home. Our whole vacation was going sour until Brandi switched us to this cabin. This saved our last evening there and helped end the vacation on a positive note. Thank You, Brandi! |

| 5/17/2009 | BEST PLACE NEAR GATLINBURG -- My ONLY complaint is the pool table was garbage, but who's getting a cabin in the woods to play pool anyway? Replace that with something of better quality and this cabin would be perfect. Right now it is a 9.9 of 10. |
| 5/20/2009 | WONDERFUL MOUNTAIN GETAWAY --My fiance and I got engaged in this cabin!We have been renting from Hearthside for over 3 years now. Every visit is better than the last! The attention is detail is very noticable. Each cabin we have stayed in has an adorable theme that is tastefully displayed throughout the home. All the appliances in Bear Bottoms are new and the house is was very clean. The office gave very clear directions to get there and we didnt have a problem in the world. Be sure to get the directions. Our GPS could not find the cabin! Im sure we will got back and rent from Hearthside again. We have never had a bad experiance and tell everyone we know about their Smokey Mountain Hospitality! |

as enjoyable as the previous times. The cabin's view, privacy, and amenities
make it worthwhile and keep us coming back. |
| 9/5/2009 | This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge. This was also our first trip with just the two of us. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. This was the honey moon we never had. Loved the cabin, could have just stayed there the whole time. Loved the hot tub and whirl-pool heart shaped bath tub. Loved all the privacy. Very restful vacation! Cabin very clean and just adorable! We did enjoy The Chop House, The Apple Wood Restaurant, The Black Bear Jamboree, and the shopping centers. We have always stayed in motels, but not anymore. Can't believe what we've been missing! The staff set up with a great cabin. Was a wonderful trip and great way to relax the stress away. Cant wait for our next visit. Keep up the good work. |
