| 5/27/09 | had a problem with our first cabin - asked to be moved - to be honest
I expected a hassle -- I was very wrong -- staff was very friendly ,
very helpful , very kind in helping us get into another cabin that had
good water and that we could actually get up the driveway - this cabin
was awesome - very clean , spacious , close to town , we will try to
stay there again - some previous guests made comments abouth the view
here - but we had no problem , it wasnt a mountain view but not unattractive
either -- thank you for helping us move to the different cabin - you
made friends for life - I realize it did cost your company a little money
to allow us
to move as you had to clean both cabins but sometimes you just have
to do what is right for the customer -- ( I work in retail and we have
to
do that sometimes too ) - you did just that , you took care of the
customer --- THANK YOU !!! |
