| 7/8/2008 | What did you like best about your stay? the bedrooms all on one level, the decor, the check-in process was great - no standing in line at the office. Only wish that we could have stayed longer. The cabin was excellent- everything we needed was there. we hope to rent this cabin again. The beds were the most comfortable we have had since coming to Pigeon Forge for nearly 25 years. |
| 7/11/2008 | What did you like best about your stay? The cabin and location! The cabin was beautifully decorated and looked just like the pictures of the cabin on the internet! The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities! Enough outdoor furniture for everybody! It was really nice! I would stay there again! |
| 9/21/2008 | Was our office staff helpful & courteous? They were super; any time I called all of my questions were answered. THe staff was most courteous and helpful. When we began to get ready for bed on our first night there, we discovered that there was a problem with the bed in the master bedroom. I think it was Gina who answered the phone at one of the emergency numbers. She called us back to tell us help was on the way. Kudos to Greg who showed up within a half hour and took care of the problem. He was very friendly and courteous and offered suggestions for our stay. What did you like best about your stay? We enjoyed our time at the cabin. The cabin was very conveniently located to all the attractions around the area. -- by Betty Cook |

great location. Comments or Suggestions: Loved the check-in process (just had to call for key code and did not have to go to the office). Same with check-out process. Very smooth and easy. Photos of cabin on internet were accurate (have stayed other places where things were different from photos). |

| 6/2009 | WONDERFUL MOUNTAIN RENTAL -- Just spent a long weekend at "A Grand View". Our group loved the large theater room and hot tub. This was the perfect cabin; minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, peaceful valley setting, and spotlessly clean. Check-in and out was simple and quick. Our group plans on coming back to this wonderful cabin year after year for our winter retreat. Thank you Hearthside for a wonderful stay! |

| 3/2009 | WONDERFUL HOUSE -- We really enjoyed "A Grand View". It was just as the pictures showed on the website. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. We really liked the location - it was close to town and wasn't real high up in the mountains. Very beautiful house in a nice location. It even snowed a little while we were there. Would definitely recommend to others. The theater room was very nice as was the pool table. Nice televisions with lots of channels. Hot tub was great. I really like their check-in process (you just call and they give you the key code - you don't have to go to the office). No complaints at all. |
| 5/2009 | GREAT STAY -- This house was everything the pictures showed and more. The bedrooms are huge and they each have their own bathroom. All the woodwork inside is beautiful as well as the huge fireplace in the living room. It was nice and quiet there for our stay and even got to see some wild turkeys that walked in the distance. The big TV room and leather chairs are just great. None of the windows have screens so opening a window is not a great idea. That was the only drawback to the TV room. It gets a bit hot up there. We had 3 different couples staying there and it was big enough to get out of everyone's way if needed. The hot tub adds just one more activity you can do. And it was only about 10 minutes from the main stretch of highway with tons of stuff to do. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. And Hearthside, the rental company, offers deals sometimes which give you a free night so you really cant beat it! |
