Once you stay in "Glimpse of Glory", you will definitely want to come back! You will enjoy the covered wrap-around porch as much as you do the log cabin. You can drink in the incredible mountain views as you relax in the big, bubbling hot tub on your private deck or kick back in in the relaxing rocking chairs while you enjoy your favorite hot (or cold) beverage and enjoy the serene atmosphere. A cup of coffee and the sun coming up over the Smokies will make you want to just sit and soak up the sounds and sights of nature surrounding you.
CABIN LAYOUT:
"Glimpse of Glory" has a spacious open floor plan, with vaulted wood beam ceilings, plenty of windows (even INSIDE the cabin you still have those amazing views of the Smoky Mountains).
On the main level is the bedroom with a queen size bed, a TV with cable service and a full bathroom. The living room has a comfy sleeper-sofa, a recliner, two glider rockers surrounding the beautiful stack stone wood-burning fireplace,and another television with cable service and a DVD player. Bring some movies, build a fire and take advantage of the peace and quiet at your Smoky Mountain log cabin!
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a memorable family meal. There is plenty of seating space with the breakfast bar with it's three stools and the dining area table that will seat six. You may even prefer grilling up some sizzling steaks on the handy "park-style" charcoal grill outside on the deck.
The cabin also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. You can take all your clothes home clean or just don't worry about packing so many to start with!
The upper level (the open loft) looks down over the living room and again you have those incredible views of the Mountains. There is a fun full-size pool table in the loft and the second bedroom, which has a kingsize bed, the third television, and another private full bathroom.
CABIN LOCATION: This cabin is located near "Heaven On Earth" (another two-bedroom on our program and near "Bluff Splendor" (a one-bedroom cabin on our program). This is helpful for family groups traveling together, who still seek their privacy. Located just minutes from the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge, you can spend the day shopping at over 250 name-brand outlets or enjoy an exciting day at Dollywood. This cabin is also near Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and is on the Wear's Valley side of Pigeon Forge.
