PET-FRIENDLY, SPACIOUS, -- The moment you breathe in this cool, crisp mountain air, you will know you have found your own "home-away-from-home". This ranch-style chalet is located on its own 3-acre lot. It has been remodeled with laminate and with tile flooring and a freestanding "Old Henry" gas-log heater. You will feel like you are isolated from the rest of the world. With the paved access, handicapped ramp and easy steps, this unit would be easily accessible for the handicapped or elderly. The front porch has about 8 steps up to it.

You can enter through the back door, which has the handicapped ramp on one end and has a second door about level with the ground on the other end (only one step). The simple country-style decor is designed to give you the feeling of a more relaxed time gone by. The yard has ample flat parking and space for a nice picnic or BBQ. Sit outside under the covered wooden swing and just enjoy the sounds and sights of nature all around you.

There are two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a new kingsize bed, a 20" tv, a big closet and a bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller and has a queensize bed and another television. The living room also has a television and a DVD-player. The laundry room even has a handy washer and dryer set. That means you can carry your laundry home already clean or you don't have to pack so many clothes to bring with you.

On the big wooden deck just outside the living room area is the relaxing hot tub. You will love relaxing in it and soaking away all your troubles.

"Mountain Aire" is located in Wear's Valley. This is a very convenient area, located only about 4 miles from the main Parkway in downtown Pigeon Forge, area restaurants and attractions. You are close enough to enjoy all the fun features of town, but still far enough out to enjoy the Smoky Mountains.
