was created as some friends gathered around the warmth of a glowing
fire one winter afternoon. "What if we could offer
the kind of service that you just don't see in any rental companies any more?" we wondered. "What if we offered decent rates, and kept the company small so
neither the homeowners nor the customer get lost in the shuffle?" "What if we treat everyone the way we've always wished we could be treated?" With
all these questions we finally got one answer, we would start the best
little rental company and run it the way it should be run. |

Janice
McAllister, Co-Owner and General Manager Janice has the fun job of balancing everything including the checkbook. Her busy life revolves around her three children and their spouses, (John and Nicole McAllister, Jillian and Tracy Cheek, and Sherry and Jason Stoner), SEVEN very active grandchildren (soon to be EIGHT in September 2008), and her work at Hearthside. Janice primarily deals with the marketing, financial planning and long-range growths options for the company. She is usually the second contact for homeowners, because most owners first go through our "owner liasion", Sandy Lowe. Ultimately, however, "the buck does stop here" -- she will do whatever it takes to take care of the guests , the company and the owners. |

| Danny McAllister, Co-Owner
and Maintenance Manager On a busy day you might catch Danny on the phones, but mostly he leaves that to all the other professionals. Danny was formerly a cabin builder, specializing in log cabins. When Hearthside got to the point in its growth that it required a full-time maintenance manager, Danny stepped in (after much pleading and begging by the girls in the office). Danny and Janice usually work well together, but when you hear him growl, you might want to give him a little space. Danny has a vendors phone list that is worth its weight in gold (people you can count on and trust), and he will help cabin owners (or guests) with any problems they may have. |

| Gina Mikles, Reservation Supervisor Gina has been Janice's "right hand" since the inception of Hearthside. She is a busy Mom of four (Trevor, Tanner,Kela and Adam), new grandmother of one, and manages to balance everything with a great sense of humor. We actually call her "Giggles" around the office. As Mama Jean once told someone she was introducing to Gina: "She isn't on drugs -- she is just naturally this way". Gina's strong Christian faith, her bubbly personality and joyous attitude always brighten the day of anyone who comes into contact with her. Gina has been working in the rental industry for over a decade, bringing a strong level of commitment and varied experience to her work. |

| Sandy Lowe, Owner Liason Sandy is known as "The Enforcer" around the office because of her straightfoward, no-nonsense approach to work. When it comes to family and friends, she's nothing but fun. She has two great kids, Gabrielle and Schyler, and three step-sons with her cuddly husband Scott. Sandy serves as our in-house accountant, and deals with the owner's statements, work orders, and needs of our cabins and/or owners. |

| Brandi Blevins, Reservations Brandi is a very creative force in our office. She works very hard to match our guests up with exactly what they are looking for. Brandi knows the cabins well. She is also very diligent in working with weddings, honeymooners and family reunion groups. Brandi is an "OLD" married lady now -- she will celebrate her one-year wedding anniversary in September 2007. She is great on the phones and is a definite asset to our little family. Brandi and her husband Duke Blevins have two great kids, Christian and Cameron, who are very sports-oriented and keep them on the go constantly. |

| Nicole McAllister, Reservations Nicole decided she needed a little "adult time" after being a mostly stay-at-home mom to her two energetic boys, Kale and John Ayden for about three years. (After all, isn't it fair to let hubby John watch them during the evenings?) Nicole has fit right in with her quirky sense of humor and easy laugh. Nicole is extremely familiar with the cabins and can help you find exactly which one is right for your Tennessee vacation. She KNOWS which ones you can get motorcycle trailers, motor homes or antique cars into without any damage to your vehicles. |

Connie has been with HearthSide since we first opened in various capacities. She joined us full-time in the office as a Reservationist about June 1, 2007, and her loving, caring personality has made her an inspiration to us all.. Connie has been to about every cabin we represent, so she can really help you identify which one has JUST what you need for the perfect vacation. Connie is a strong family person, too. Her dedication to her family, her doggie, and her desire to please our guests is obvious every day. But watch out if you are a handsome, single man over 45 -- we are looking for her a good husband! Connie is an avid pet-lover and lots of fun, too! Maintenance personnel are John McAllister, Darrin Gilbert, and Greg Poe Our housekeeping staff consists of two teams. The first team,
Ann Killam and Renee Cole, own and manage Mountain Cleaning Services.
